As parents flee gang violence in the Port-au-Prince regions, hundreds of arriving   young learners in Saint-Marc are coming to our school. Overcrowding is at a   maximum. The school, run by Pastor Samuel Louidisma and his dedicated staff,     is struggling to accommodate their needs and provide a quality education.
